100 DAYS HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Ninisina, your complete satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible 100-day return or exchange guarantee on all full-price purchases. We understand that preferences can change, and we're here to accommodate your needs with minimal hassle. Below is a guide to our return and exchange processes:
For Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original "as new" condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.

Exclusions: This policy does not apply to E-gift cards, customised products, bulk orders, and sale items. Note: E-gift cards and customised items are refundable only in case of faults.

Shipping Conditions: Items must be shipped back to Ninisina within 14 days from the date of return approval. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned goods. If not shipped within 14 days, the refund request will be cancelled.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change of mind returns, including both the original shipping costs to the customer and the costs of returning the item to Ninisina. These costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy:
Any product purchased from ninisina.com.au, whether bought by you or received as a gift, can be exchanged for an item of equal value within 100 days of the original purchase date.

Requirements: An original receipt is required for both gift returns and personal purchase exchanges.

Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Notification: Please contact Ninisina within 5 business days of receiving your shipment orders@ninisina.com.au with photographic evidence if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Transportation: Ninisina covers all costs for the transportation of faulty or incorrect items back to our facility.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection, choose either a replacement or a full refund, including all postage costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Right to Cancel: EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
